Dr. Clifford Whitcomb is a Professor of Systems Engineering within the Graduate School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the Naval Postgraduate School. Dr. Whitcomb joined the SERC Research Council in March 2020 to provide guidance to SERC with particular focus in the Human Capital Development research area.
