
Dr. Clifton Baldwin

Dr. Clifton Baldwin is a senior systems engineer with the Federal Aviation Administration and a postdoctoral researcher at the Stevens Institute of Technology. Clif is the Southern New Jersey Regional Director for the Delaware Valley Chapter of INCOSE. He has over 20 years of experience working in software and systems engineering. His research interests include system of systems and complex systems modeling. He holds a BA degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University, a MS degree in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University, and a PhD in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. In addition, Clif is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and certified as an Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) by the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE).
