Masa Okutsu
Purdue University
Masa received his Ph.D. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University in 2006. He is currently a co-instructor of AAE 251 Introduction to Aerospace Design. With the research background in mission design and spacecraft dynamics, Masa has worked on such projects as Cassini mission (at Saturn), Europa Orbiter mission, and human missions to Mars.
