The Benefactor Award recognizes an individual member who by their actions and personal generosity has contributed uniquely to the enhanced reputation and recognition of systems engineering in society-at-large, and directly to the advancement and betterment of INCOSE.
This award is recognition from the community of Dr. Madni’s intellectual contributions and sustained service that have had a profound and lasting impact on the practice of systems engineering. Dr. Madni’s personal generosity in supporting systems engineering professionals and students worldwide, in particular students from under-represented groups, to chart a successful path in systems engineering is exemplary. Those students today are leaders in industry and professors at top systems engineering universities due to Dr. Madni’s dedication.
Additionally, Dr. Madni is the recipient of the Joint ASEE SED/INCOSE Outstanding Systems Engineering Educator Award, which recognizes an individual who provides outstanding contributions in the field of systems engineering education and/or the education of systems engineering.
As exemplified by these noteworthy awards, Dr. Madni has served INCOSE as well as the SERC in numerous ways. We applaud his continued commitment to the systems engineering profession and related organizations at large.
