SERC UPDATES – October 2023

Oct 27, 2023

Dear Colleagues,

This is our favorite time of the year. On November 14-15, we will gather with fellow systems engineers, senior government officials, and industry leaders at the 15th annual SERC Research Review. In addition to a showcase of research from across our network, nine doctoral candidates will compete for the Boehm Award in the SERC Doctoral Student Forum. The occasion will also celebrate the achievements and impact since the SERC was founded 15 years ago as the first networked University Affiliated Research Center. We encourage you to register to attend in person or virtually via the event page.

This issue of the SERC Updates also features a recap of our recent AI4SE & SE4AI virtual workshop with INCOSE, the report of our TEMP workshop, and details on the upcoming SERC Talks webinar on November 1. We hope you enjoy reading!

Sincerely,
Dinesh Verma
Executive Director
