Dr. Freeman is SERC’s point person for collaboration with the Office of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation. For SERC’s Acquisition Innovation Research Center, she has produced reports on T&E for middle-tier acquisition and AI/ML, autonomous, and continuously evolving systems, developing an AI test harness for the DoD, digital data management, and driving digital transformation of defense acquisition. She has produced research on enhanced T&E of learning-based systems, performance measures for autonomous intelligent agents in satellite systems, and intellectual property data.
