About

Dr. Rouse’s many contributions to SERC research include reports on systems engineering analytics, model-centric engineering, methods for integrating requirements, and policies to develop STEM talent. He also helped SERC launch the Acquisition Innovation Research Center. He has authored several books applying systems engineering to a range of topics, including Understanding and Managing the Complexty of Healthcare, Economic Systems Analysis and Assessment, People and Organizations: Explorations of Human-Centered Design, Essential Challenges of Strategic Management, and Don’t Jump to Solutions.
