Paul Kaminski

About
As a retired Air Force colonel who served senior civilian roles in the Department of Defense, Dr. Kaminski is known as the “father” of the Pentagon’s stealth programs for his contributions to the F-117 fighter, B-2 bomber, Offset-2 strategy designed to win the Cold War, and other programs and ideas. He was twice appointed chair of the Defense Science Board, chaired the RAND Corporation’s Board of Trustees, and served on advisory boards for the Director of National Intelligence, FBI, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and other entities. In 2020, he was enshrined in the National Aviation Hall of Fame.
