Through SERC’s Acquisition Innovation Research Center, Mr. Yukins has contributed to reports on DoD bid protests and contractor debarments for violations of U.S. labor laws. He teaches on government contract formations and performance issues, bid protests, litigation involving the Contract Disputes Act, and comparative issues in public procurement, with a focus on emerging public policy questions.
