Dr. Madni was instrumental in helping establish SERC, including to connect the University of Southern California as the first additional partner to Stevens Institute of Technology in the network. He also helped establish the annual Conference on Systems Engineering Research (CSER) and serves as an honorary chair alongside SERC Executive Director Dinesh Verma.
