Amanda Girth

During projects for SERC’s Acquisition Innovation Research Center, Dr. Girth has focused on driving innovation, including for motivating workforce agility, identifying systemic pressures on the acquisition workforce that impede innovative behavior, and diagnosing behaviors and tailoring interventions for lasting transformation. Prior to joining academia, she worked for the Michigan House of Representatives and the Office of the Governor and as a management consultant for clients such as the United States Department of State.
