Arun Seraphin

Alongside serving on SERC’s advisory board, Dr. Seraphin is a fellow of SERC’s Acquisition Innovation Research Center. At the Emerging Technologies Institute, he leads a nonpartisan entity providing research on integrating emerging technologies and policies that support national defense. He spent almost 20 years as a staff member of the Senate Committee on Armed Services, and he applied his expertise in national security and international affairs as an assistant director in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
